These Terms of Service govern your use of firstinhealthcoaching.com and your engagement with Firstinhealth Coaching Services operated by Kieran Luke Baragwanath (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Firstinhealth Coaching Services provides bespoke health and performance coaching programs. All programs are individually designed and delivered by Kieran Luke Baragwanath. Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

Engagement & Payment

All coaching engagements are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and initial payment. Payment terms, program duration, and deliverables are outlined in your individual coaching agreement. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Results Guarantee

Firstinhealth Coaching Services is committed to delivering measurable results. Where results are not achieved within the agreed timeframe, we will continue coaching at no additional cost until agreed outcomes are met, subject to the client’s full participation and compliance with the program.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual coaching agreement. As coaching programs are bespoke and time-intensive to design, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your circumstances.

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or health information to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on firstinhealthcoaching.com, including program materials, frameworks, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Firstinhealth Coaching Services. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firstinhealth Coaching Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
